Soft goods manufacturing in Central America

Hello,

I run a golf apparel and accessory business in the United States. We currently produce everything in china. However, we are interested in moving production to central America. I am looking for help identifying suppliers in the region that could produce our products, mostly apparel and leather headcovers. Does anyone have experience finding suppliers in this region? Specifically Panama or Costa Rica.
