As a young starter I have a question

I’m an older teenager and in the future I want to create a business. I have researched and some of the guides say to surround yourself with other entrepreneurs, but there are very little my age, or that would take a teenager seriously. How would I get I come across a mentor that would be willing to teach a random teenager?
