PC Repair Business in rural area

G'day fellas
I'm looking to start a Computer repair, servicing, and internet marketing business in a large rural areas in NSW, Australia. There's no local competition except for one or two businesses in major towns. I've been in digital marketing for the last 7 years+ and have all my certifications so that's not a problem. I've also been fixing computers for the last 10+ years.
What i'm looking for is a comprehensive list of what I need to check off before I get started. Eg, what liability forms to use, ticketing systems, what recommended tools to buy?
