Where are you finding part time employees

My family owns a hardware store and is struggling to get employees to work. They mostly hire high school kids and older retired people. The only advertising they do is in store or on the outside sign. I’ve tried to get them to post somewhere but the last time they did they in zip recruiter and indeed they got mostly people lookin for full time when the specifically said part time help wanted. So it was more or less a waste of time.

Any suggestions where to go about looking for part time workers? If using a job board, how do you get people to read the damn job description?
