I don't know, is this the right place to ask this question. I am developing a messaging app for android and I almost finished it.i am planning to build a startup around this app. this messaging app has some new features that no other messaging app have yet so I believe I can definitely reach atleast 1million users in 6months but this features can be easily copied by competitors(you already know how crowded the messaging app market is and most of the apps are fully free).all I have is single laptop and can borrow 2k $ for server maintenance.(I am more or less homeless) so I need to monitize my app to keep running.i don't want to place ad in my app and I don't think subscription for full app or paid app will work for messaging app.how should I monitize my messaging app that will not annoy users at the same time and it's profitable.what are the other ways I can monitize my messaging app.any advice would be helpful.
