Hey, I'm looking to schedule around 7-10 employees that manage over 250 clients, 7 days a week, between 2 locations. Each one of these employees have their own availability, and each one of the 250 clients has their own availability to meet with our employees during their availability, between the 2 locations which them self have a availability restriction.
I'm wondering if anyone has any good web based solutions that sync with preferably iCalender and or Google Calendar and to help me optimize scheduling given the time restrictions of all of them. Ideally also, it would be helpful to be able to have a android and iPhone app that my employees can download to keep track of the client calendar to see whos coming in next for example.
I've been looking at Doodle, and Youcanbookme but they don't seem to be what I'm looking for. I'm really hopping I don't have todo this manually and there is some sort of solution out there that I can integrate into my business.
