Knowledge- One thing crossed my mind. If I was to start a mobile dog cleaning company as a random example, and talked to tons of successful and new mobile dog cleaning, vets, dog groomers, dog trainers, dog supply retail and wholesale, and dog kennel owners I would end up with a tremendous knowledge advantage(over and above my many competitors) which can be put to use. Especially if I ask them for their opinion when necessary, or ask if they have a specific contact I am searching for.
Execution-The same with execution advantage(being able to push people and businesses to a very high effectiveness)
Leadership-leadership advantage(being able to see a better vision, and lead the business to gain results).
Are these three advantages(knowledge, execution and leadership advantage) what helps propel a business to success? Are they the most important?
Which others are important?
