How to handle invoicing for a B2C ticketing app?

Hello everyone. I am a co-founder of a start-up that provides a platform for users to buy tickets for events. Myself and my co-founders have developed this mobile application where users can sign up, browse through different events, and purchase tickets for these events. The tickets are stored in the app itself making it easy for users to attend events. Our revenue model is simple, we charge a service fee for each ticket. So if a ticket is 20$, we add 2$ as service fee and the user pays 22$. All payment is done through the app with debit cards and we use Stripe as our payment gateway.

My biggest concern is invoicing. Every user that purchases tickets through the app, needs to receive an invoice detailing how much they spent and how the amount is divided (ticket price / service fee / tax). We cannot produce and send invoices manually due to the large number of users that would be using the app. Furthermore, invoices would also need to be stored somewhere by ourselves due to law requirements.

I would like some advice on how to go about invoicing in such B2C environment. Should I consider some particular cloud invoicing solutions? Is it recommended to build the invoices automatically through code and store them locally instead of using some external solution? What are your experiences and recommendations when it comes to B2C invoicing?
