Thinking of selling my tech website

Hello.

I'm thinking of selling my tech website business. I have around 28k Facebook followers and 8.5k Instagram followers. Website has quite a lot of visits too. But I find it hard to find the time to post on regularly basis. Also it's hard to hear back from the companies that are actually worth to do business with.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do. Or where should I list it? Or how much it's even worth it?
