A while ago, a thread was created. It was entitled RS gold "Skill caps: Are they destroying Runescape?" The members debated the issue of weather skill caps and whether they are causing conflicts and disputes in Runescape.
This is getting to the point. I got into an argument with a level77 turd that was wearing a cape that wasn't trimmed for firemaking. He claimed he had the entire money (only about 5 mil) to buy 99 firemaking. After burning logs to make 99 firemaking for cheap RuneScape gold three and a half weeks the turd was awarded his cape that was not trimmed. Next, he wanted 99 Fletching. This was the second most ridiculous excuse for a simple 99.
