Freelancing after losing my job due to COVID19

I run a mixing and mastering studio and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for marketing myself as a freelance audio engineer for recording artists and podcasts. I've tried facebook ads (horrible). I'm trying to stay top of mind on my socials as well and give my current clients as much exposure as possible while growing my instagram account.

Are there any other inexpensive or down right free ways to promote myself?
