How to precisely estimate how long a task will take?

I can't predict how much time I will spend on the small tasks I set for myself every day and most of the time I end up doing only one task and I can't even complete that single task. It's so frustrating cause I feel like I'm not progressing at the pace I want and, for that same reason, the deadline I set for those tasks has to be pushed even further ? Has anyone else felt this way? What did you do? I feel so freaking slow and time is going by real fast
