Team members’ responsibilities: what to pay special attention to?

Hey guys, we’re in discussions as to what to include in our document outlining responsibilites of team members prior to incorporating. While I’m aware of a founder’s document, I’d like to ask for your input for the more general framework. What were the obstacles you faced with members of your team that should’ve been agreed beforehand? I’m trying to identify our blindspots by learning from your mistakes

Few examples incl. the exit strategy, vesting periods, KPIs, risk management etc.
