What are the best way to raise money for my start up ideas ?

Hi all, thanks in advanced. What are the best way to raise money for my ideas? Is it better to register a company before showing someone my ideas ? I don’t have expertise and money to do it my own should I try to arrange a sort of prototype somehow ? Should I look for some startup incubator? I’m new to start the start up world, I want to know more and understand more about it. I do have some ideas but I don’t know how to move and make things happen.
