I'm building a saas platform for businesses to manage their operations (ERP). But I

Earlier I've had a realisation that I'm working with the idea but not with the problem.

I'm able to talk a lot about "the platform does this, does that". To put simply, I am making ERP far better in terms of user experience and ease of use. But I'm unable to articulate this out clearly on what is the actual problem statement that I'm working with.

How do I figure this out? Is this common in the startup journey when you're early? Any insight is greatly helpful.
