How to make sure product and marketing teams are in sync?

We are a Series A SaaS startup with about 10 employees and 1M ARR.

Now that there is a lot of growth within our product and marketing teams, we want to make sure they stay in sync with what each other are doing. It's critical for marketing to know what new features get shipped, as well as why and when they get shipped.

Which internal processes should we set up to make sure product and marketing stay in sync?
