Angel investment or Crowdfunding?

Hi guys, so my co-founder and I are working on a Fintech start up. It’s at the point where we need capital to be able to get it developed and launched, we have a few people already registered for when we launch so there’s a bit of interest there.

We’re aiming to raise around $200-$300K.

My question is do we go down the Angel investment or Crowding funding route on the likes of Kickstarter?

We don’t really want to give away more then 15-20% of the company but we also want to get this started asap. Will crowdfunding take up a lot of time marketing it etc?
