What’s the best answer to give during an interview when asked why you are leaving

The reason is because no one at my current startup knows what they are doing and won’t do anything to move the company forward. Looking to jump to a competitor that is more established. I know that’s what you sign up for when you join a startup, but how do you say that without showing you can’t handle the chaos that comes with a startup?
