Does anyone here have experience running a tree arborist business?

SO to eloborate, im using an app called Servicem8, and it has an option to do JSA's when i get to site. So currently im looking at making a JSA template to make it as eaisy and quick as possible to get through. Though tbh im not entirly sure how or even if i need a JSA done at every residentual house i go to...and additionly ill be having sub-contracted arborist and labourers...will they need to sign off any forms before comencing work? that just seems over the top considering we will have multiply jobs each day.
