We are Implementing Pay-for-Performance Model and I need ideas

For 2021 we decided to Implement an Effective Pay-for-Performance Model in our service business.

First thing out of my mind is review. So if a crew get a 5 starts review on google they would get a 10$ bonus, ( 5$ each ) Note : Each crew do about 5 job per day so that's around 25 jobs per week give or take.

I need to come of with more ideas. Does any of you have ideas or ever done something similar to their business ?
