So I’m gearing up to launch a kickstarter within the next year and I’ve got a small list that’s grown from posts on Reddit, Instagram, and direct linking to my site.
While those are strong leads because they’re directly related to my niche, it only amounts to a few hundred, and in order to run a successful Kickstarter I think I should start with a list of a few thousand direct leads.
I don’t have a ton of time to build a content site (and in fact my niche is already pretty saturated as far as marketing content goes—so I wouldn’t have anything new to offer).
If I was to direct some capital into paid adverts in IG and Facebook—how much spend should allot to try to garner, say 5000 usable emails/leads?
This is a fashion/accessories niche so maybe that would help clarify a bit.
Also what are some techniques you’ve found to be really good at building your list? I was thinking maybe setting up an affiliate site in my niche, and leveraging that into a blog—but I don’t know for sure. Thoughts? Suggestions?
