Restaurant POS systems - small businesses

Our winery is growing and I am looking for options for a Restaurant POS and credit card processing. We currently use a credit card processor with a free Restaurant POS, but I need some of the features in their paid system, specifically the ability to run tabs for multiple parties at a table and they are getting pricey. I do need the ability to track all sales (credit card and cash). What are other small restaurants, wineries or bars using with similar features but maybe less expensive overall?
