Docusign payment: good protection against friendly fraud?

We accept online payments, and it's hard to get around credit cards. We were recently victim of friendly fraud, but should be able to fight it off. However the time spent on these chargeback disputes is huge, and may cause liquidity issues at times. I am trying to find a way to gather sufficient evidence at the time of payment such that the loss doesnt always fall on us. I saw docusign enabled signing upon payment. Anyone tried it? Is it a good deterrent for friendly fraud and helps on the disputes?
