No idea how to open a martial arts gym….

Hello everybody,

I started my own taekwondo school 12 months ago and all of my classes have been online. I’d love to be able to get into my own physical location soon but have no idea what the process is to lease a unit.

Does anybody have any experience opening up their own place and leasing a unit?

How do I shop around for a place? Can I talk to a realtor about this? Do I need a loan?

I’m in Ontario, Canada btw.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
