I have an investor interested in my idea and wants me to pitch it but I only have th

As the title suggests, I spoke with a representative from a company that is in the VC space who I casually told about my application idea as I am in the process of identifying potential investors. He was interested in the idea but at the moment all I have is a basic business plan, designs, and the idea of course. She wants to take it further by presenting the screens and business plan etc to assess if it’s something they are interested in.

I’m not incorporated and it’s just an idea right now. Am I at risk of losing it? Should I take any additional precautions ?
