Best website builder for newsletters?

Hello, I am making a newsletter about history. The newsletter will be sent weekly via email. What I need is a website where you can subscribe by entering your email, like Morning Brew. I also need something where I can archive previous newsletters so people can see them. I was wondering which website builder would be the best for this. Right now I am thinking about Webflow and Wix. I was also looking at WordPress, but it looks really complicated and I have no experience in website building.
