Creating A Google Business In A Shared Location

Does anyone have experience creating a google business in a shared location? Our real estate office is split with several teams but obviously share one address. Another agent has already "claimed" the address as their business. Is there a work around to getting our own google business page for our team? If it makes a difference we are all affiliated with the same company.
