My company started in 2019 and, after a rough 2020, we're full steam ahead, which lead to interest from of one of the larger companies in our market. This interest developped into a situation where they want to acquire 100% of my company. Seems like a solid move, it will create a very strong base for us to keep on developping the company.
The take-over company is now asking how we want to shape the upcoming deal, in terms of lump-sum and additional benefits. The lump sum i can handle, but i am struggling with the additional benefits.
My question, what can my company ask in terms of benefits from the acquiring company? (HR, financial operational suppert, etc.?)
