Hi! First time poster.
I’m a co-founder of a sports and recreation booking platform in the Middle East. We just launched last week, and we’re being bombarded with meetings and partnership opportunities.
We’ve been requested to meet with a leading bank. I can only assume they are looking to help shape their employee benefits by having their staff book their gym classes/sports related activities through us.
How would we negotiate a deal here? Would they simply just drive traffic our way and we offer their employees a discounted rate? Can we expect to have them pay us an annual fee for this perk we provide for their staff?
