How to get sales started

So I’m trying to get my sales started, but everything I try just won’t work or just doesn’t get traction. I have a tech company that developed a saas software for test management and deliver testing services.

I tried direct LinkedIn communication, after 3 months I stopped it as i got 0 customer return

Then I tried within the same time to post regular on LinkedIn. The only return I had on that was a higher traffic on my website from 2 to 15 a day

Then I tried cold emailing, but from the first month 100 mails I got 3 meetings and most times after the meeting they never reply

So I’m al little bit clueless what can be done still to get sales out because nothing seems to work
