Should all founders of a startup be present in meetings with VC

So I am working on raising funds for my startup (3 co founders), one of the founders doesn’t like to go the meetings as he isn’t confident and feels uncomfortable in them, I think it’s ok that not everyone go to these meetings as his role is a CTO and doesn’t necessarily has to be in all meetings.. the other founder thinks he must go to all meetings, what do you guys think? Would it look bad if we didn’t all show up? Is it ok to introduce him when he isn’t there and it would be enough?
