Tech co founder

Hi All,

Have any of you had a successful co-founder partnership? Im building a mobile application with an offshore team but there are many risks to my business if I continue working with them.

A few of the issues I’m facing is lack of documentation, over promising and not meeting deadlines. The product is near completion but I don’t feel comfortable continuing this partnership. There are way too many risk when my business revolves around them.
