What’s future for my 3d studio ??

Hi , I accidentally invested in 3d modelling studio .. studio makes 3d models for ecom … for first 2 years I was not interested in operations and only looked at financing the whole show … then moment of realisation came that other 3 directors were not concerned about refund my money which i invested in studio … so stepped up and involved myself into operations … now the team under me does more than half turnover of company … should I get separated now or what will be my future … also any help on what should be the end goal of such service business … thanks
