I have a phone problem that maybe someone here can help provide a solution to?
We have 2 managers and 40 workers. All of our workers are remote and need to be able to communicate via call and text with our 2 managers via their cell phones. We have people working 24/7 so these workers need to be able to reach the managers on their cell phones because many times their issues are urgent.
We also have clients that call the same 2 managers 24/7 on a separate number from the workers.
We have been using google voice to handle the calls/texts. One line for the clients and one line for the workers. This has been achievable by the managers using the same logins and passwords for both accounts and it cannot scale any further. This does have the added benefit though of the managers being able to see all correspondence between the workers and management. The workers do not know which of the 2 managers responds to their requests, but there is much less confusion because the 2 managers can see all correspondence and can jump in the middle of a problem to assist.
We are now opening a new branch of the business that requires its own phone number for calls and text. These calls and texts need to go to the same two managers...
So the question is!
Does anyone know of a solution that would allow the 2 managers to be able to have 3 separate phone numbers call or text an app on their cell phones while still maintaining their personal lines like we do now?
We are currently trying dialpad but it has thus far been an unpleasant experience. Cost is not a consideration. If it's possible we are willing to pay.
Edit: Service must be usable without wifi so the managers can still send and receive messages when in the field.
