Can tinder sue bumble for copyright??

Now I know this isn’t the best place to ask and if you know of a subreddit forum that will be useful then please let me know!!

Now I ask this because I am interested in starting an app that uses the swipe feature similar to tinder and bumble and don’t want to get sued obviously.
