Does anyone know an EU/ UK based paint manufacturer for airbrushing?

I run a pigment company but I don't have the connections or knowledge to make the leap into producing paints with our colours.
I'm looking to develop enamels, acrylics, and lacquer based paints mainly for airbrushing, but perhaps in the future creating acrylics for brush work as well.
Ideally the manufacturer would be the highest quality as we're happy to pay for getting the best product in the end.
Any help would be really appreciated!
