Struggling to start small

I have such high expectations and lofty goals that I don’t know where to start. I literally want to change the world and it’s honestly overwhelming. I have a million ideas with a million roadblocks in my way and I don’t know what to do. I struggle with finding a starting place to achieve my big dreams. Any thoughts?
