Account management tool?

Hey everyone,

I currently use Quickbooks for my finances but it doesn't do a great job with account management in my opinion.

Currently I just use a Google document that has notes written everywhere and it's very unorganized.

Anyone have any recommendations for just for note taking, reminders, calendar, etc. So I can keep track of who/when/where I talked to someone.
