I am in the middle of outlining roles + responsibilities for myself and my co-founde

I am the CEO and he will be CTO, we're looking to outline our roles and responsibilities. I'm wondering whether it should be 'whitelabel', e.g. 'CEO should map out the product vision and get everyone excited for the next 6 months with clear goals and milestones' or should it be more closely linked to the company specifics 'CEO should liaise with brands to onboard them to the platform'. I have used the last example because we're right at the beginning. Or both?

So far I have googled some templates and examples but wanted to see what this community has to offer.
