Any experience with family perks at your (previous) company?

As some companies hire specialists and offer health insurance, gym membership, a work laptop, some offer cool socks - imo this list could be definite; do you maybe have any experience with any perks for family members of employees?
Please share what are such perks you know! are there any you know that target parents of an employee?
Do you think it would be some factor in decision making, if some perk is offered that would benefit one's parents? I am working on a smartwatch app for people with dementia and their families, and was thinking of possible B2B approaches.
