For startup founders who have advisors (or have tried to get them before)

Hey folks! For those of you who have found advisors for your startup before, just curious what were your biggest hassles or challenges of your entire process finding, utilizing, or coordinating with your advisors?

Was it that you couldn't get any decent advisors, or that it was hard to come to a formal advisor agreement with them, or that you couldn't get enough time with them each month, or something else entirely?
