How do you grow a smart gadget online marketplace...

I have launched Matal, a B2B/B2C smart marketplace, but I'm having trouble getting businesses to list their product. I know it's just an idea for now, but how in the world will I get people to say "okay, I'll put my products in your store when you launch." I have a less than 1% reply rate from cold emails. It's really discouraging.
How do I grow?
