Small Floral Shop

Hello guys, I’m starting a e commerce floral shop where shop online order and the florals are delivered! I’m wondering if there is a system I can use to put in customers order as I’m writing everything down and it’s draining my time management! Or if there is an emailing method where I can send forms for customers to complete and it’s done automatically. I’m right now sending out PayPal money requests and I would love one software where it can do it all! Let me know thanks guys!
