Tracking business finances

Hi, I was wondering what software/tools you small business owners are using for tracking finances/bookkeeping. Anyone using a full blown ERP system for this, if yes which?

I can imagine if you’re very small you track everything in excel, but once you get a bit bigger I assume some professional tooling (and someone to do the admin work in it) would become preferable.
