My background is in tech (mostly frontend dev and product management experience) with some experience in healthcare tech, my partner is a physician who was involved with a platform before. I want to validate and understand the physicians experience as it relates to our idea before employing a team to build out the MVP.
How should the steps to launch look/ at what stage should we seek funding?
Should I build a version that demonstrates the value of the B2B product, then try to get practice signups before employing a development company to build something that has all of the regulatory compliance?
Any tips in reaching out to physicians in this vertical to understand if they experience the problem we are trying to solve for?
