Difficulty/Cost of switching from Non Delaware C corp to Delaware C corp

I searched around but couldn't find anything on a fairly specific question that has come up in our startup. We're based in Colorado and are in the process of formally creating our company. It's a bit cheaper to set up a Colorado C corp and the advise we've gotten suggests it's not very different from a Delaware C corp (other than the various legal precedents in Delaware). The main reason we've heard to start as a Delaware C corp is essentially that an investor might care, but since we've just done friends and family so far we don't know if investors will care or not. For those reasons I wanted to see if anyone else has converted a non Delaware C corp into a Delaware C corp and if they could give me a rough estimate of what something like this might cost and other headaches that might come up.

Thanks in advance!
