Does anyone own a vending machine business? Opinions/Lessons learned?

I am looking into purchasing an existing route of machines for around $150k, with "cash flow" stated to be $90k/yr. Not sure if that is actual SDE or what. Seems too good to be true. I've read that much of the uncertainty about this business is upgrading machines, if they're well placed, if you've moved on from things people don't really drink and eat anymore like sodas and snack foods and moved into energy drinks, healthier options etc. I haven't quite got to the point where I'm requesting the documents yet, but just curious what anyone's opinion is of running a business like this.
