What is the one thing you wish you could tell clients, if you could speak freely? [A

Anything from: • How to tell them they need to reply to emails To • What you want is simply unrealistic

I have over 14 years of customer service and sales experience and would love to read any golden nuggets or black Swans that worked really well for this community.

EDIT: To clarify for some, speaking freely is about speaking without reserve. It is not about whether one is being honest or not.

If there are any moments when you have spoken without reserve and it has worked for the situation, I am keen to hear some stories.
