This is an already established business model in the country that I'm from due to the cost-efficiency, the minimum time difference (2 - 3hrs) & high English proficiency. There are companies that successfully operate this model in Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Australia & the US. The demand has been grown exponentially post-covid.

- Lead/ snr. frontend/ backend/ full-stack/ UI engineers (5 - 10 years of experience): €1500 - €2500
- Snr. Dev-Ops engineers (4 - 7years of experience): €2000 - €250
- Mid-level frontend/ backend/ full-stack/ UI engineers (2 - 5 years experience): €800 - €1500
