Hey everyone, I am looking at opening a distillery here in SoCal(Anaheim)area and would love to hear your thoughts. A few weeks ago I had the crazy idea of opening it up to other local distillers that are getting serious about their Craft, and are passionate about continuing to grow.
It has now been about 6 years in the making, I'm truly passionate about what it entails and would like to make it easier for others that were in my position when I first started. We are now in the legal/location acquisition portion as we speak. To date, I have come to this point all on my own and know what kind of sky-high time/costs it takes to get one going.
